SHIPPING POLICY

We only ship to the United States and Canada. FREE shipping is offered on all purchases over $75.00 USD. We offer Flat Rate and Standard shipping which you can choose at checkout. DELIVERY TIME: Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary depending on location.

 

All SHIPPING COST are calculated at check out.

United States

  • Express Shipping (paid service)

Canada

  • Express Shipping (paid service) 
  • Canada shipments may incur higher transportation costs, longer delivery times, and possible customs-related delays.                                                         

Customers may be responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes imposed by Canadian authorities.                     

Order Processing

  • Orders for in-stock items are processed on the next day.
  • Once the order is processed, Flat-rate shipping estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days, depending on courier.   
  • Once the order is processed, Standard shipping estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days, depending on courier. 
  • Processing time may be longer during seasonal, holiday, or promotional periods.

Pre-Order Items:

A pre-order reserves an item not yet available. Once received and tested in-house, artwork is applied and the item is shipped.

Estimated fulfillment time: 4–5 weeks. 

NOTE: "Pre-order" shipments will be affected by the made-to-order process.

For Lost or Stolen Packages                                                                              Selected courier service insures limited coverage. We ship insured where provided by the selected courier. Coverage may be limited based on carrier terms.

Urban PentHouse is not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation unless otherwise required by law.
